This project involved a multi-level defit of the Chanel tenancy located on Flinders Lane.
Works included the internal strip-out across multiple levels, penetrations through existing concrete slabs to allow for new services and structural works, and the removal of the existing lift shaft. All works were carried out with careful planning to ensure safety and efficiency within the CBD environment.
